2010 - 2011 Junior Strings Full rehearsals will begin on September 11 from 9:30am-11:15am. Please arrive no later than 9:15am so that we may begin on time. There is a fifteen-minute break during which students may purchase refreshments or enjoy their own snacks from home.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so your student has time to unpack, wash their hands and be ready to play at the designated time. Please bring your music, a sturdy music stand and a pencil. It is crucial that your child's instrument be in good working order. This means that the pegs and tuners are functional and can move, the bridge is straight, there are no cracks or open seams on the instrument, strings are in good condition, and the bow has adequate hair. In addition, your child's music stand must also be in good condition and your child must be able to set it up with no difficulty on their own.
